Ultra Maritime announces Wayne Shaddock as Senior Director, Business Development for Ultra Maritime Canada

The Ultra Maritime team is pleased to announce the hiring of Wayne Shaddock as Senior Director, Business Development for Ultra Maritime Canada, effective January 30, 2024. In this role, Wayne will oversee the coordination of pursuit pipeline activities, ensuring the timely delivery of upcoming projects necessary for sustaining and fostering opportunity conversion. His focus will be instrumental in meeting both annual and strategic order intake growth targets. Wayne will report directly to reports directly to Carlo Zaffanella, President & CEO.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree as well as his PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification. We are confident that Wayne’s educational achievements, in combination with his tenured career with the Royal Canadian Navy, and previous experience in business development will contribute to his success with UM.
