Jonathan Sadleir AM is the Vice President and General Manager of Ultra Maritime Australia, and in this role leads the planning and the growth of the Australian line of business. Prior to joining Ultra Maritime, Jonathan has had a long and distinguished career both as a Senior Naval Officer culminating in the rank of Commodore and as Senior Executive in the Commercial sector. He is recognised as someone who develops highly effective strategies and then sets about to lead teams in pragmatic, transparent and highly effective ways to successful execution and delivery of outcomes for customers.
His service on multiple ships and military commands in Australia, Canada and the US across the full operational spectrum and success as a leader in business has resulted in him being the recipient of multiple commendations and awards. Jonathan was admitted as a Member of the Order of Australia in 2012. He has served as a Non-Executive Director on a diverse set of Boards.
Jonathan is a citizen of Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and holds several post graduate qualifications including an MBA. He is a Graduate and lifelong Member of the Royal College of Defence Studies UK and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
